55th Reunion
All of you should have received a letter or email about the planned 55th Class Reunion scheduled for September 26-27, 2009. It will be held at the "Embassy Suites," in Lombard, Illinois. This is a beautiful facility and a block of rooms have been reserved for those of you who have so requested.
Some of you have indicated that you probably cannot make it to the reunion. However, if any of you change your mind or circumstances change allowing you the opportunity to attend please let us know...we are eager to see your smiling faces once again.
Our intention for this reunion was to make it as simple as possible in scale as well as design. What we were hoping to accomplish is the opportunity for all of us to have the chance to visit with each other without a lot of formality or side trips/events to hinder the time available.
If You Happen To Be In Town
Some of us have enjoyed the opportunity to meet and eat once a month in a local restaurant. Usually, on the third Thursday of each month we gather at the Two Brothers Restaurant on Park Avenue in downtown Elmhurst at 6:00 pm. If anyone would like to join us, please do. If you happen to plan on visiting from out of town and would like to share some happy time with us, please contact me here (monsen13@gmail.com) and I will pass on the next meeting date to you.
