A Gazebo by Ralph Every year Ralph Waser makes a few identical Christmas presents for family members. This is his project of a few years ago. Ralph says "I made 8 or 10 of these gazebos, I don't remember just how many." Yes, that's a U.S "quarter" in the foreground. I took these photos in at our regular Tuesday lunch at Burger King today, 9/6/06. Those fence spindles (balusters) are individual pieces, mounted in groves in the top and bottom fence rails. Ralph's projects are not "kits." The gazebo was made from photographs of a full size gazebo designed, made and sold by Amish craftsmen. BACK
