3/27/11 -- Intended to finish the second side panel today, but discovered I had screwed up and put the scab flush with the upper side of the panel, instead of the bottom, where I had intended. So, instead of 'glasing the outside of the second panel, I spent time cutting out the second panel, then using the router to remove 1-1/2" of the scab and adding 1=1/2" to the bottom of the scab. (The upper 1-1/2" will receive a portion of the gunwale inside -- and outside -- the boat.)

So this is how the two panels looked before I epoxied the patch in place. Plan to 'glas the outside of the second panel tomorrow.
