3/12/11 -- Cut the transom to match the tagboard template, except for top curve. (My jig saw was not in the shop.) Sanded the forward side of the transom.

Ripped the first two laminates of the stem, Ripped the third lamination, glued amd clamped it. I'll add a "false stem" after the sides are in place.

Made a full-size drawing of center frame. Thinking about a lap joint with a wedge-shaped "plug," then cover entire joint area with 'glas and resin.
