5/4/11 -- Wednesday; had Mohs surgery on my neck. Had to return EIGHT(!) times.
Today, I trimmed the "green" epoxy (and blue tape) from bottom of gunwales, drilled a hole for bow painter, fit and glued another bay of inwales and did first rough sanding of gunwales -- wanted to see how they'll look when finished.

5/5/11 -- Thursday; messed around doing some sanding and preparing for cloth tomorrow. Made two "patches" with cloth at bow and stern and brushed some unthickened epoxy along the chine, where a radius had been formed with power sander.
Bought a pair of oars (6'-6") at West Marine today.

5/6/11 -- 'Glassed the starboard side of the bottom this afternoon. Took SOUPER to the "First Friday Cruise," returned to the shop about 8 p.m. and trimmed the cloth at stem, transom and gunwale. Took photos, but left the camera at the shop. (Ask me about Liberty headlights.)
5/7/11 -- Sr. Olympics today. Silvered in 1500 meter walk. No medal in shot put. My new age category has some big old guys who are very good at the sport.
