Reminder -- this is the goal, click on the kid and watch first three minutes:
On 2/28/13 a "mock-up" was again assembled. The pulley area of the tow line will be padded. Looking forward; the tow lines at the "tow handle" on the boom will now be spaced 16 inches apart, and the center 4 ft. section will be a tube-within-a-tube:
