Yes, they are air horns -- by Sparton. Kinda wimpy sounding 'cause the air is supplied "on demand" by a 12v air pump. I'm wondering what they'd sound like if we installed a tank and compressor, with air controlled by a solenoid-operated valve. After looking at this page, see more HERE.

The boat needs a (MacLaren) burgee standard, and a place to mount it on the foredeck. It was purchased from jmsonline.net and received as of 5/16/14.
