4/11/18 -- Here we have drawings of the Lake House project as of today. You'll be viewing PDF files, use your "Back" button to return here. Your browser will permit full-sized viewing of the drawings. The drawings can be printed 18" x 24". 6/10/18 -- Two revised drawings (A-1 and A-15) have been added because of "stop work" order by the city. 
3/29/18 -- Following discussions with concrete experts, we've decided to change the approach to the front entry from the "deck" idea back to Bob's original design. This will be accomplished by using the two "original" retaining walls, narrowing the distance between them to about 18 ft. (matching the "front door entry recess"), tying the two walls together with a third wall, and filling the resulting "box" with engineered fill. A 4-inch concrete slab (sloped 1' in 20" away from the house) will be poured atop the "box." See drawings below.
