The size of the lot:
Using "Heron's formula" the size of the lot at apx. 15,788 square ft.
(Heron's formula gives the area in terms of the three sides
of the triangle, specifically, as the square root of the
product s(s – a)(s – b)(s – c) where s is the semiperimeter
of the triangle, that is, s = (a + b + c)/2.)
So, s= 304
304x54x104x146 = = 249260544
The square root of 249260544 = 15,787.9873
One acre = 43560 sq. ft.
Therefore, the lot is .362442608 square feet, or a bit over 1/3 acre.
