| 51 Fairview, 7/6/18 - framing (and tree trimming)
Grant visited with Todd at site and trimmed the little maple tree. The space under the front porch slab was to be filled with "engineered fill," as called for in our specs. Mitchel had delivered sand, but did not have the equipment available to compact it. So they sent a truck to "shoot" gravel into the void. (It's been done, see photo.) Mitchel's truck driver didn't see a low-hanging Comcast cable and ripped it down with the top of his truck. Comcast guy was on Fairview this morning (7/6) finishing up repairs started yesterday. Because some affected customers use Comcast for phone, tv, internet and security, their systems sent reports to police and fire, resulting in a lot of activity on Fairview. Discussed with Todd:
